Shipping principles

1. Customers should purchase cargo insurance themselves or ask us to arrange it. Premium is 0.3% of declared value, minimum 40 RMB per shipment. Cover includes signed receipt, carton count, cargo damage, and Amazon FC check-in. If insurance is not purchased and the loss is confirmed as our responsibility, compensation follows our claims standard.
2. Once a customer accepts our service, the customer is deemed to have read this rate sheet notes and our shipping terms, and agrees to be bound by those notes and terms.
3. Inbound cargo is subject to carton inspection. For under-declaration, concealment, or false declaration, the customer bears legal liability and losses, plus an operations fee of at least RMB 80/BL.
4. Shipping counterfeit, battery, or magnetic goods without declaration: if found in warehouse, we reserve legal action and charge an operations fee of at least RMB 400/BL; if found by China Customs / Australia Customs, we reserve legal action and charge an operations fee of at least RMB 4000/BL.
5. Prohibited goods, cigarettes, tobacco, e-cigarettes, drugs, etc.: if found in warehouse, we reserve legal action and a penalty from RMB 800; if found by China Customs / Australia Customs, we reserve legal action and a penalty from RMB 8000.
